The Stags 0, Tilbury 1

Waltham Forest 0,Tilbury 1

Tilbury took all three points on Saturday away to Waltham Forest at Cricklefields Stadium. The Dockers won by a single goal scored from a Nathan Gordon header in the 68th minute from a set piece taken by Joe Keith.

The game was a scrappy affair with limited chances at both ends. The best chance for Tilbury fell to Gordon in the opening few minutes of the game, however the pacey striker tried to round the keeper when a chip over the stranded keepers head looked a better option.

The Stags best chance was in injury time when Andrew Thomas turned in the box to shoot from close range which was acrobatically saved by the Dockers keeper Andy Hall.

The win lifts the Dockers into 11th spot on 53 points with just two games left to play before the end of the season.

Tilbury's next game is at home to Ware on Saturday 17th April, kick off at 3pm.
